Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled 48 hours in advance to avoid a fee of 100% of the scheduled service price. All cancellation or rescheduling fees must be paid within 48 hours to keep future appointments/good standing. No call or no shows will not be tolerated. 100% of the service must be paid to rebook. 10+ minutes late to your appointment with no communication is considered a no show. Cancellations via DM on any social platforms is NOT accepted. Appointment adjustments can be made by going to my booking site via Gloss Genius or text my personal cell.
